I had a wonderful time at The Raphael Hotel. the charm of the hotel and attentive staff truly stood out. The location next to the Country Club Plaza added so much convenience for shopping and dining. However, I did encounter some minor issues with check-in and room maintenance. it dampened the overall experience a bit.
